O’Fallon, MO, named one of the country’s fastest-growing cities that remain affordable for homebuyers

After crunching the numbers for over 25,000 U.S. cities, LendEDU published their list of fast-growing yet still affordable municipalities. And the City of O’Fallon, Missouri, ranked highly on their list, placing 560th nationwide and 17th in Missouri.

In their report “The Fastest Growing Cities that are still affordable for homebuyers,” LendEDU pointed to O’Fallon’s strong projected growth (10.22% over the next five years) and low median monthly home cost, showing that O’Fallon’s thriving development hasn’t come at the expense of affordable home ownership. LendEDU also noted O’Fallon’s ranking meant the City “is a terrific location to purchase a home, start a family, and eventually turn a profit when it’s time to sell.”

O’Fallon’s ranking on this list continues to demonstrate the City’s attractiveness to families and homebuyers. In 2019, O’Fallon was named Safewise.com’s “Safest City in Missouri to raise a Child,” as well as Money Magazine’s “Top 100 Best Places to Live,” among other honors and accolades.
